5th grade completed their Science unit of study on Force, Motion, and Simple Machines with a Marble Run STEAM Lab. Students selected everyday materials, designed, constructed, and tested their marble run against their classmates. Students finished the activity by discussing how their design changed during the process and identifying sources of error and areas of improvement for creating another one.
