Our FPD kindergarteners are learning that objects can be
described in terms of the materials they are made of and by their physical
properties. On Tuesday students classified
magnetic and nonmagnetic objects and learned that magnetic force can pass
through non-magnetic objects like cardboard, water, and sand.
