Today our FPD 4th graders participated in a variety of experiments in which they compared the large and small intestines, acted out the processes of chemical and physical digestion, and planned the perfect meal for an astronaut on board the ISS who needs to consume between 2200 and 2300 calories each day. We also read a great story to introduce and discuss manners, Peanut Butter and Cupcake!
