Today in Science Lab, 3rd graders learned about watersheds. Students participated in a variety of activities that encouraged them to think about preventing soil and water pollution. Students learned about groundwater, run-off, and also that we share the environment with other people, plants, and animals. We are so thankful for the beautiful world that God created for us to enjoy...let's all work together to keep it that way!
Uh oh...what happened to our river when a factory dumping waste was built upstream from the rest of our properties?
Oh no...look at the change to the run-off when pollution (red Kool-aid) was added to our soil!!!
