1st grade: Cheerio “Tire” Recycling
Our 1st grade students “Reduced, Reused, and Recycled” Cheerio “tires” in Science Lab in honor of Earth day. They learned how recycling works, discussed how God wants us to be good stewards of His Creation, and gave examples of how each of us making small changes at home can make a big impact on our environment.

5th grade: Simple Machines - Screws & Wedges
5th grade students experimented with constructions tools in Science Lab today. This lab supported their classroom unit of study on Simple Machines through a hands-on investigation of the relationship between inclined planes, screws, and wedges.
