2nd Grade Cookie Excavation
Our 2nd grade students were Paleontologists in Science Lab today to further their study of fossils in their classrooms. Students used graphing skills to find fossils at a dig site, used a variety of “tools” to excavate chocolate chip “fossil artifacts,” and graphed their fossil locations on their own grids. A special thanks to Kleveland for sharing the bones she found in the woods close to her house with us!
