Our Amazing Sense of Hearing!
Our 5th graders have been investigating sounds through various experiments, games, and learning stations over the past few weeks in the Science Lab. Enjoy a few photos below of our discoveries. Today we investigated how sound waves can travel through water, wood, and air.
Busy in the Garden
We love our FPD garden! There are so many wonderful things to learn and explore there! In August we discussed how our garden could be a GARDEN THAT GIVES. After reading The Giving Tree, students in grades 1-5 weeded the beds, picked flowers and veggies to share, and had a great time enjoying the warm sunshine!
